 Construction Company Site Welding Supervisor Job in Mombasa Kenya

A well established Design and Construction company with projects in various parts of the country seeks to recruit a qualified Site Welding Supervisor based in Mombasa.

He/She will form part of an existing team in providing the following:

    Supervise the welders team in the project
    Liaise with the rest of the team to ensure smooth and seamless operations
    Issue work tools and equipment to the team
    Oversee the safety and welfare of the welders in the team.

Qualifications/Competencies

    A Diploma, Craft Certificate or Government trade test in Arc and Mig welding
    Welding hands on experience of not less than 5 years in large projects;
    Ability to read and understand designs and specifications
    Ability to lead and inspire others
    A self-motivated individual able to work with minimal or no supervision.
