WWF organization is working in different countries in the Eastern & Southern Africa Region; these are Kenya, Mozambique, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
WWF Eastern & Southern Africa Program Office (ESARPO) is currently seeking an experienced and talented Office Coordinator in order to provide to provide administrative, technical and also secretarial support to the functions of the Regional Representative.
In addition they will provide oversight administrative support to the ESARPO hub staff.
The Office Coordinator is also going to manage on behalf of the Regional Representative the Regional Management meetings.
The candidate should possess a university bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field; secretarial qualification.
At least five years work experience in a reputable International organization/NGO in a similar or equivalent position.
They should have excellent organisational and prioritisation competence, with attention to details; and be proactive with ability to take initiative and work independently.
The position will be reporting to the Regional Representative and will be based in Nairobi.
