We are looking for a qualified and experienced person to fill this position:
Ward Manager
Job Requirements:
- 3 years work experience in Marketing/Customer service.
- At least 2 years working experience in healthcare facility
- Nursing experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support Marketing and Advertising of the hospital
- Develop and recommend policies and procedures to improve patient care and utilization of ward resources.
- Networking with other service providers and companies.
- Participate in the development of systems relevant to areas of responsibility
- Ensure the safety of patients and staff working in the ward through development of sound practice and policies.
- Supportive role in Business improvement initiatives
- Manage the ward budget and develop the service over time.
- Monitor, verify and reconcile expenditures of budgeted funds
- Maintain interface with doctors, patients and administrative staff to provide information and to resolve problems relating to ward services
