Location: Nairobi & Mombasa
Our client is a premiere hospitality and real estate solutions provider building a high end 5 star residential resort.
They are seeking to hire an industry survy Sales Team Leader for the Sales & BD department
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing the sales function
- Marketing and PR activities for the resort
- Leading a sophisticated & professional sales team
- Ensuring revenue growth for the company
- Managing sales targets and ensuring they are met
- Constant communication with management
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Professional qualifications are preferred
- At least four (3) years experience in the hospitality / real-estate indusrty
- Supervisory experience
- Previous knowledge selling real estate, accommodation or bookings
- Computer literate
- Excellent management & communication skills
- Can work under pressure
- Excellent levels of customer service
