Male Human Resource Officer

Our client in a Micro Finance with national reach, registered by the Central Bank of Kenya
They are seeking a Male Human Resource Officer to join them in their nation wide Sacco.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

Provide general office support services; draft and/or processes, variety of correspondence and other communication
Recruitment – placing adverts, scheduling candidates for interviews and helping in selecting the ideal candidates
Maintain a data base of all current employees and all their personnel details
Ensure that enquiries in HR office are dealt with promptly and courteously
Manage and alert the HR Officer on confirmations, expiry of contracts etc
Coordinate the exit/clearing process of staff who resign or their services terminated
Information management & archiving/ filing for HR related issues
HR administration, such as leave management, maintenance of staff records compensation and benefits administration and record keeping
Help in employee orientation, development, and training logistics and record keeping
Performance management and improvement of tracking systems
Ensure and coordinate employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting; and employee services

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a Diploma in Human Resources from a recognized institution
Bachelors Degree will be an added advantage
At least 3 years prior experience in a similar job in a busy environment
High level of confidentiality and integrity
Must be presentable and attentive to details
Must have supervised more than 50 people
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good personal organizational skills
Must be aged between 27 to 30 years strictly
The suitable candidate should be male
