New Kenya Co-operative Creameries Limited is the leading Dairy Company in the Country re-known for its world class brands that include KCC Butter, Ghee, Gold Crown, Safariland and Mala among others.
We are seeking to recruit dynamic and result driven person to fill the following vacancy:-

Depot Supervisor – HR/DM/02/08/2013
Job Role

Reporting to the Depot Manager. He/She will be responsible for ensuring timely distribution of product to the sales staff based on order requirements. To deputise the Depot Manager at larger depot/factory operations and be overall responsible for the stocks management in the Stores at the Depot.

Key Responsibilities 

• Ensuring products are received and dispatched to the market in good time
• Determining the allocation of products to the salesmen to ensure daily target is achieved
• Generating stock order requirements
• Reconciling stocks through comparing receipts from the factory and issues to the market


Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Economic, Business Administration or Any other related business degree.
• C.P.A/C.I.P.S/Materials Management/Stores & Logistics Management
• At least 2-3 years experience in a supervisory position.

Essential Skills 

• Must be proficient with office computer applications
• Prior experience supervising a unit/others doing similar work
• Time management skills and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate supervisory skills.
• Working knowledge on SAP/ERP Systems.
