Personal assistant job opportunity

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide personal administrative support to the Speaker.
  • Duties including general clerical, receptionist and project-based work.
  • Project a professional image through in-person and phone interaction
  • Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Set up VIP’s travel and accommodation arrangements.
Requirements for appointment
  • Should have a bachelors degree preferably business oriented.
  • Must have good report-writing skills
  • Must be absolutely polished in presentation.
  • Should be extremely eloquent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol
  • Must be very confidential in how they handle documents and information.
  • Minimum of five years working experience in a similar position
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications
