Job Details

Our client, a Valuer/real estate firm based in Nairobi, is seeking someone who will do both valuation and Real Estate Sales. The candidate will be responsible for valuing property and selling and marketing the organization’s services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

•    Valuing client property
•    Developing and implementation of a marketing strategy.
•    Marketing the organization service including vacant units for letting or units for sale.
•    Identifying and proposing to potential clients for new business.
•    Ensuring client feedback is received and following up on action required.
•    Preparing reports.


1.    Diploma in Real Estate Management or equivalent.
2.    Knowledge and experience in property valuation.
3.    At least 1 year of proven experience in real estate sector – both valuation and selling.
4.    Good communication skills, both oral and written.
5.    Good influencing and negotiating skills.
6.    Good organisation and administrative skills.
7.    Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
8.    Ability to adapt to a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
9.    Must be a person of high integrity.
10.    Articulate, self-confident and with positive attitude.
11.    Professional and highly motivated.
