Able to manage design work of a busy interior design / Construction company including project Management.

Minimum KCSE grade B Plain with a degree / Diploma in Interior Architecture & Design

Excellent Communication skills and ability to interact and manage expectations of very high profile clients.

Excellent computer and Numerical skills.

Eager to learn and succeed.

Age between 24 and 35.

Able to work independently and with minimum or no supervision.

Computer proficiency desired

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel
• System Analysis and Design
• Desktop Publishing with Adobe PageMaker
• Multimedia & Graphics –Corel draw
• Photoshop
• ArchiCAD 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15.
• Piranesi 5.
• Atlantis 1.2, 2, and 3.

Excellent Communication Skills.

Able to work independently and without supervision.

Office Manager / Accountant

Self driven individual Able to manage the day to day running of an interior design/Construction company including project Management.

Proven ability to manage a medium sized business.

Accounting Knowledge and experience maintaining books of accounts and filing Statutory returns

Minimum KCSE grade B Plain.

CPA Finalist with degree in Accounting.

Fully conversant with PASTEL ( A must)

Age between 24 and 35.

Skills in Interior design will have a definite advantage.

Commission Sales Officers

Young and Aggressive graduates/ Diploma holders in sales and marketing and preferably with some experience in sales of construction materials to high end clients and construction companies.

Academic: Minimum KCSE B Plain Degree/ Diploma

Age: between 23 and 28 Years.

Experience: 2 Years preferably in the construction industry but young graduates with a hunger to learn and succeed are encouraged to apply.
