Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or diploma in Sales / Marketing.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience preferably with agricultural commodities or FMCGs
- Be a maximum of 30 years old
Duties and Responsibilities
- Driving sales volumes within the outlets
- Stock management with the outlets
- Supervising a dedicated team of merchandisers
- Building and maintaining viable relations with trade partners
- Highlight on market and competitor activities and other retail intelligence
- Provide data on products performance per outlet
- Assist in uplifting of distributors and wholesalers
- Identifying and filling of market gaps in the field
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and conduct market surveys
- Coordinate all company promotional activities within the outlets
