Our Client is a Home and Office Furniture company seeking to hire an Interior Designer. 

Experience working with kitchen furniture, Art cad, Archie cad and Auto cad programs is a must. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design a space that is practical for its purpose as well as visually pleasing
• Working to a brief, which details what the space will be used for
• Inspecting and surveying buildings
• Negotiating fees and setting schedules for the project
• Researching and drawing up rough plans
• Developing detailed designs and choosing materials
• Supervising the work as it is carried out
• Choose the most appropriate materials for the design and budget
• Advice clients on progress, and providing them with samples of products to be
• Inform on any alterations to the choice of furnishings, curtains, wallpaper and lighting.
• Keep abreast on changing trends in design
• Develop detailed designs,

Qualification & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture/ Interior design/ Construction
• Minimum if 2 years experience in interior design specially Kitchen Spaces
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible to multi-task and work on different projects
• Good time management skills
• Exceptional creative design ability
• Knowledge of technical services within the furniture industry
• Experience in Kitchen Furniture designs
• Practical awareness of costs and Technical aspects of construction
• Additional software skills in Photoshop, AutoCAD, Ac CAD, Sketch up, Arch cad
• Be able to run projects independently from brief to completion
