Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Our client, a busy business enterprise is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to the MD. Reporting to the Managing D, the Personal Assistant will provide primary secretarial assistance.
Place of Work: Nairobi, Kenya

Principal Accountabilities 

•    Schedule appointments for the MD and update personal calendar effectively
•    Receive and screen all telephone, respond to routine questions and deliver messages
•    Transcribe, edits and types correspondence
•    Maintain proper filling system
•    Receive, monitor and track documents to ensure proper handling and distribution
•    Any other duties assigned

Experience, Knowledge and Competencies

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or any relevant field
•    Four (4) years’ experience in a similar capacity
•    Excellent computer skills
•    Outstanding interpersonal skills
•    Good written and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to handle stress, work under pressure with high work volumes
•    Self-starter, assertive and decisive
