Telesales Assistant

A leading pharmcy in westlands seeks to recruit a highly qualified and experienced individual for the above mentioned position.
Main Purpose of the job
Making regular phone calls to potential clients to source for business
Receiving inquiries from customers
Following up sales
Required Qualifications
Should be a pharmaceutical technologist
Should be registered by Pharmacy & Poisons Board (PPB)
at least a year working experience in telesales either in a pharmacy or a pharmaceutical company
Must have worked in a very busy environment.

Ability to handle pressure
Ability to keep time
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good organizational and planning skills
Good negotiation skills
Strong team player
Flexibility in working hours
