Steers Restaurant Manager

 Our client Steers and Debonairs Pizza, is a Kenyan company involved in the food industry, that provides quality, variety and excellent customer service. They are looking for highly motivated and self-driven candidates to fill this position in their main office in Nairobi:

General Manager – Retails Food Operations

The General Manager-Retail Food operations will be responsible for overall coordination of all the branches activities for smooth work flow while ensuring profitability, efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, quality and security of all resources within the premises.

Principal Accountabilities: 

•    Ensure that the branches operates efficiently and effectively within the Company’s fiscal and operational guidelines
•    Develop and implement efficient systems for the retail food operations
•    Responsible for the inventorying of food, shop and staff costs
•    Ensure secure, safe handling and transportation of funds
•    Utilize the shop reports, staff evaluations and site evaluations to develop guest oriented quality of service
•     Design and implement plans to enhance excellent customer  total satisfaction

Qualifications, Experience and knowledge:

•    A Bachelors degree in a related field
•    5 years experience in restaurant operations
•    Restaurant management experience is an absolute requirement.
•    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•    Skilled in creating analysing and understanding reports/budgets.
