HR Consultant

Job Title: HR Consultant – Kimberly Ryan Group
(Design, Development and Delivery Consultant (D3)

Reports to: Group HR Consultant

Location: Nairobi

Role Overview: We need a highly organized, enthusiastic and motivated person to support our team to help ensure the smooth, efficient running of our organization. Reporting to the Group HR Consultant, the incumbent is responsible for designing, developing and the timely delivery of Human Resource products.


He/she will be expected to undertake the following functions:

Roles and Responsibilities
    •    Manage the implementation of D3 projects and in delivering of different briefs (Recruitment& Selection, Human Resources Systems, Surveys, Training & Development)
    •    Proposal Development
    •    Serve as support to the Sales team in proffering solutions and occasionally attending client meetings
    •    Conduct relevant research for the improvement of company products(product development)
    •    Design and Development of New Templates
    •    Quality control of Documents and Reports
    •    Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management
    •    Organize projects and implement as assigned
    1.    Performance Management
    2.    Administering and analyzing psychometric Assessments
    3.    Change Management
    4.    Responding to prospect/client inquiries by addressing concerns and Writing client proposals
    5.    Designing assignment work plans, budgets and resource allocation
    6.    Staff outsourcing management
    7.    Executive Search & Selection Assignments including regional recruitment
    8.    Organizational Review and Job Evaluation
    9.    Employee Satisfaction and Work Environment Surveys
    10.    Training and Development
    11.    HR Audits
    •    Attend to sectional responsibilities as assigned
Education and Experience
    •    Degree in any business related field.
    •    Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
    •    Masters degree in HRM will be an added advantage
    •    At least 4 years experience in HR
    •    Good Organizational skills
    •    Result orientation
    •    Excellent Oral and Written communication
    •    Excellent Computer proficiency especially Excel, Microsoft Project and Word
    •    Problem Solving skills
    •    Work as a team member and foster a cooperative work environment
    •    Detail Orientation
    •    Analytical and Diagnostic ability
