Customer Service Representative

Overview: Our client is seeking to hire Customer Service Representative who will maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism 


Academic: Degree in Public Relations or it’s equivalent

Experience: 2 years in a busy environment

Other: Excellent writing and verbal skills

Duties and responsibilities

  • Receives and places telephone calls.
  • Also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
  • Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential
  • Performs data entry
