Profile Introduction: Our client is a subsidiary company of one of East Africa’s leading investment company; a new entrant into the FMCG platform, this subsidiary company seeks to recruit a General Manager to spearhead this new venture.



Overall Purpose of the role is: To provide the vision, leadership and strategic direction that the organization needs to achieve its goals, and collaborate with the management team to execute the goals and achieve the vision and mission of the organization.

Minimum Requirements
    •    Bachelor’s degree and preferably an MBA from a well-recognized business school;
    •    10+ years work experience working in senior executive positions in the beverage manufacturing industry;
    •    Experience leading an organization/ branch with a turnover in excess of Ksh. 100M per month;
    •    Experience leading and implementing plant capacity expansion projects;
    •    Experience leading business expansion into new geographies, markets or adjacent industries.
