Retail Partner Acquisition Manager
The primary responsibility is to manage a team of sales people to acquire new merchants according to prescribed targets.
Beyond the quantitative targets, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the successful hand over of merchants to the merchant services team.
The key roles of the position is to:
• Build and grow the merchant base, using a team of BDMs.
• Build a strong team of BDMs who understand the product and work to targets
• Manage the sales pipeline
• Produce strategy to acquire the correct merchants for the relevant season
• Create weekly reports and daily updates
• Other tasks as required by the company management
Salary: Kshs 130,000
