Front Office Assistant job vacancy

Our Client, a leading integrated security solutions provider is seeking to recruit a suitable qualified candidate to fill the following positions:- 

Front Office Assistant 

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and effectively provide administrative support
  • Coordinate the sales process in regards to inquiries, installations and documentation, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a first contact and receive, assist and direct organizational visitors to the respective officials
  • Provide answers to routine enquiries or refer them to the respective personnel.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Assist in any other administrative duties that may be required from time to time
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Diploma in a business related or communication field.
  • A degree in the same field will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should have Sales & Marketing skills
  • Should be a mature person aged between 25 – 30 years
  • Be able to work under no or minimum supervision
  • Knowledge of product portfolio, Security industry knowledge, Computer proficiency, Telephone handling skills.
Electrical Technicians 

15 Positions

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and carrying out repairs  on fridges and coolers, with the  aim of reducing downtime
  • Carrying out basic maintenance on all electrical equipment
  • Keeping accurate records of daily quality checklists
  • Carrying out electrical installations to IEE 17th Edition regulation standards.
  • Reading and interpreting on electrical and electronics circuit diagram as would be necessary when troubleshooting all electrical faults
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Degree in the same field will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge in motor controls, trouble shooting and basic PLC
  • Should have 1 year working experience in the same areas
  • Should be aged between 25 – 30 years
  • Should work under minimum or no supervision.
  • Should be computer proficient 
Assistant Accountant

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle  Bank Reconciliations as well as Intercompany Balances
  • Assist in Management accounts preparation and payables management
  • Update the monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts to capture correct transactions per company.
  • Posting of fuel utilization analysis data to the accounting soft ware system for completeness and decision making
  • Filing of statutory returns-VAT, PAYE, NHIF etc.
  • Preparing payables schedules and explanations for audit purposes.
  • Reconciliation of creditors accounts to reflect true position of creditors at any given time
  • Filling of all payment vouchers and creditors invoices for records management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Degree in Business Admin, B.Com or any business related field
  • CPA (K) Preferable
  • Should have at least two years experience in similar position.
  • Must have good knowledge of Accounting packages
  • Should have good analytical and presentation skills
  • Should be a mature person aged between 26-30 years
  • Should be able to work under minimum or no supervision
