Maintenance Performance Analyst Job Vacancy

Our client, Accelerate to Excellence (A2E) is an Australian based Business Improvement Consulting Company specialising in the Resources Industry.

A2E is based in Perth, Australia with an African corporate office in Nairobi.

A2E is currently working with a variety of clients in the Mining and Oil and Gas sectors including Baker Hughes, Lucas Drilling, Schlumberger, BHP Billiton, Swala Energy, British Gas, HWE, Woodside Energy, Rio Tinto and FLSmidth.


A2E’s expertise includes advising organisations throughout the business value chain.

This includes strategy and strategic planning, transformation (business effectiveness, supply chain and high performance culture) project management, safety & Lean Six Sigma training.

Maintenance Performance Analyst

The Maintenance Performance Analyst role is an integral part of the Business Excellence Team and is responsible for the development and delivery of Continuous improvement initiatives.

This includes data collation, delivery of MI and analysis of information to meet colleagues and clients’ needs.

Qualifications/ Education
    •    Must have either a Masters or Degree in Statistics , Engineering or be a certified Lean Six Sigma Black belt
    •    Must have ability to conduct analysis of Maintenance Systems under JD Edwards
    •    Must have advanced technical skills – either in advanced Excel, Minitab, Crystal ball (preferably all three)
Experience Required
    •    Previous work in reviewing maintenance strategies and practices
    •    Previous experience in a similar Asset Analyst or Business Analyst position
    •    Proven positive and flexible can-do-attitude who can multitask
    •    Knowledge of safety and environmental systems, policies and practices
    •    Experience in the development of quality systems, standards and procedures
    •    Preferably 5 years work experience in the extractive focused industry
    •    Advanced understanding of the tender application process and funding programs
    •    A valid driver's License
